Which PSPs do you support?

We are committed to supporting any PSP via our PCI Proxy and flexible request templating language. Our developers will assist you in creating a custom template for any PSP should utilize our Growing, Business or Enterprise packages. Contact us, providing your PSP and desired programming language.

What does the monthly fee cover?

PCI Vault plans include access to our reporting tools (currently in development) and unlimited secure credit card storage via our API. Usage of the API is billed separately.

How many operations am I going to need?

Normally this is between 2 to 3 API operations to successfully store and process a credit card transaction the first time. Subsequently you should only be needing 1 API operation to decrypt the payment data and process it.

You may require 3 to 5 API operations if you make use of the PCI Proxy as we pass your request on to your PSP and return the response to you.

Are there any rate limits and uptime guarantees?

PCI Vault does not rate limit any requests. The solution is serverless and will scale to your business needs. Keep this in mind when integrating with your environment as it may require additional resources to handle our throughput.

We offer a 100% uptime SLA on our Business and Enterprise packages and a 99.9% uptime on all other packages. You can view historical uptime on our status pages.

Do you offer hosted payment card data forms?

Yes, we offer secure hosted PCI compliant credit card capture forms for all our users. You may also create your own custom client-side form and integrate this with the PCI Vault API.

What is PCI compliance?

Payment card industry compliance effectively means that your business must comply with the technical and operational standards set forth to secure and protect credit card data stored and transmitted. PCI standards for compliance are provided by the PCI Security Standards Council.

What is credit card tokenization?

Credit card tokenization is a solution that aims to protect payment card data entered into any system by obfuscating or encrypting the card details and replacing it with a token value.

Do you offer network tokenization?

PCI Vault supports network tokenization for issuers like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Network tokens may be obtained via the PCI Proxy and stored in the PCI Vault along with PAN data or any other proprietary token as a flexible, hybrid tokenization solution.
